1.Ba Vi National Park
Just 50 km west of Hanoi, Ba Vi National Park is located in Tan Linh commune, Ba Vi district, Ha Tay province. The majestic scenery of the mountains, the diverse natural scenery, attractive flora and cool climate all year round, will help you and your family enjoy the Labor Day holiday.

Vua Peak, Tan Vien Peak and Ngoc Hoa Peak are three of the highest peaks of the Ba Vi range and are embedded in the many myths of the land, especially the famous “Son Tinh - Thuy Tinh” legend. This is a fairytale-like landscape, an ancient and mysterious space interwoven with the founding myths of Vietnam.

The small pine forest in Ba Vi is extremely beautiful, fitting for taking beautiful pictures that will instantly liven up your Instagram feed. You can drive into the forest or leave your vehicle and hike on the winding concrete road into the pine forest. This place also has a beautiful viewpoint, overlooking the entire plain down below.

2. Tram Mountain

Tram Mountain is located about 30 km south of Hanoi center, in the area of Phung Chau commune, Chuong My district. This mountain is suitable for a trekking or picnic weekend. The mountain has been likened to a mini stone plateau in the heart of Hanoi.

To enjoy the scenery of Tram Mountain, you should climb mountains and enjoy the romantic scenery of the Day River. Tram mountain is not particularly high, but the white hanging cliffs can be quite dangerous, revitalizing hikers’ sense of adventures.

At Tram Mountain, you can set up camp, start a fire, start cooking and walk around the mountains to admire the scenery. The highlight of Tram Mountain is probably the old trails that were created long ago by the people climbing mountains.

As this destination is located at the gateway to the capital, the means of transportation are also very flexible. You can ride terrain bikes, motorbikes and even buses. With its magnificent scenery, Tram Mountain promises to be a beautiful place for everyone to take beautiful pictures in.

 

3. Bat Trang Pottery Village - a unique tourist destination near Hanoi

Just over 30 minutes traveling motorbike from the center of the capital and you can be in Bat Trang - a village famous for its ceramic and pottery.

Here, you can admire and purchase the pretty ceramic products in the market and family-owned businesses.

Not only that, you also have the opportunity to try pottery making in small shops.

4. Kim Boi Hot Spring

 

Kim Boi Hot Spring is a natural hot mineral spring in Mieu Da, Ha Cai Commune, Kim Boi District, Hoa Binh Province, about 70 km from Hanoi, and 30 km from Hoa Binh City. This is a resort location near Hanoi, very suitable for a 2 days 1 night weekend.

The warm water and the smoke rising around you will make your body feel comfortable and relaxed after a tiring day.
