Paradise Vietnam introduces its newest restaurant – Ngon Villa – at 10 Tong Duy Tan Str., Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. It is the ideal choice to savor local specialties in elegant surroundings...

Tucked inside Hanoi’s main street food central just outside the old quarter, Ngon Villa is the most recent go-to place for those craving for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The three stories, five private rooms French colonial-style building that has been renovated into this sophisticated dining masterpiece with intricate design & posh interiors can accommodate up to 170 guests all at once serving nothing but the real deal, what the local hospitalityexperts do best, Vietnamese food paired with some local beers and imported wines from around the globe.

Originally built for a French army captain back in 1889, Ngon Villa does not only offer its visitors a gastronomic experience, but also a journey through time. Mixing both French and Vietnamese aesthetics plus the distinct Hanoian finishing touches, Ngon Villa is an experience itself that you wouldn’t normally see in a capital city anywhere in the world.
Joining the restaurant’s highly skilled team this month also is one of Vietnam’s most sought-after chefs, Iron Chef Winner 2012 Nguyen Thanh Tung, who is now the Executive Chef for Ngon Villa. Hailing from the southern region, Chef Tung had an inspiring story from being a high-school dropout to becoming the country’s Iron Chef.

“Our whole team got really excited to work with him as he has done a lot of great work in the past and have shown excellence in the Vietnamese culinary world”, stated by Mr. Nguyen Huu Luc, Restaurant Manager for Ngon Villa. “We’re confident that he will bring Ngon Villa to the international scene”, Nguyen added.

Together with the first month anniversary in early April and the joining of Iron Chef 2012 Winner Nguyen Thanh Tung, the restaurant took the opportunity of changing its concept to an “All-You-Can-Eat” menu for guests to enjoy much of what the Vietnamese cuisines can offer, highlighting dishes coming from the most northern regions to the central coast and to the southern Mekong provinces of the country.

“We want to create an authentic Vietnamese dining experience that no other restaurants can offer”, said Mr. Nguyen Hong Nhat, the General Director of Ngon Villa.

Open daily from 10AM-2PM for the all-you-can-eat lunch and 6PM-10PM for the all-you-eat dinner, Ngon Villa is located at No. 10 Tong Duy Tan St., Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. For reservations, please call (+84) 4.32212222, or visit our website at www.ngonvilla.comor Facebook page for more information.
